Dawn Kamber interviewed Mission Viejo Chief of Police Services Quyen Vuong, Mission Viejo Crime Prevention Specialist Khatra Molina, Mission Viejo Emergency Manager Paul Catsimanes and one of the rally keynote speakers, 13 year old Carson Kropfl from San Clemente. At the age of 11, he invented a skateboard that can fit in a backpack and locker called Locker Board. He presented his Locker Board on the ABC show Shark Tank and gained investor Sir Richard Branson.
