National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration is working with law enforcement agencies across the country, for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. On Saturday, October 26, 2019, your local law enforcement will be on hand to collect your unused prescription drugs or expired prescriptions. Prevent drugs from getting into the hands our youth, excessive drug use and abuse and from harming our environment. You can get rid of them safely and easily and this service is free and anonymous. Simply, drop by your local police department and in the office lobby or parking lot, and they will take your unused meds between 10 and 2 p.m. All pills will be accepted, but liquids, needles and sharps cannot be taken, during this event.

Where: Throughout Southern California
