Tustin’s O.C. Animal Care Center will hold the “Fall For A Friend” Pet Adoption Event, happening on Saturday, September 21st, from 11 am – 5 pm. Adoptions fees will be waived on this day (with some exceptions). Orange County residents who choose to adopt a pet at the Pet Fair will save on average of $100-$200 for adoption fees
