Soka University will celebrate the 18th Annual International Festival from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm.  There will be 500 musicians and dancers performing on four stages, and over 250 non-profit, craft and business exhibitors.  The 2019 International Festival is a part of the Orange County's Imagination Celebration, presented in cooperation with Arts Orange County and the Orange County Department of Education. http://www.soka.edu/news_events/International-Festival/Program.aspx
