Judge tosses lawsuit over California nuclear plant fuel

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit that tried to halt the transfer of used nuclear fuel at the San Onofre nuclear power plant in California.  The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that the judge in San Diego dismissed the suit with prejudice on Tuesday, meaning the same complaint can't be refiled.
