Duncan Hunter's exit unsettles US House race in California

Republican U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter has indicated he's on his way out of office after pleading guilty to a corruption charge. His move amounts to a break for California's GOP that will increase the chances it will keep one of its few remaining House seats in the heavily Democratic state.
