Trabuco Hills High School will participate in 2020 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

Next year on Thanksgiving Day, millions of people who watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade either in person or on television, will see a marching band from Mission Viejo.

Saddleback Valley Unified School District Communications & Administrative Services Director Mark Perez says the Trabuco Hills High School Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit was selected by the Macy’s Parade Band Committee to perform, representing California.

He says Trabuco Hills was selected from among more than a hundred applicants.

He says the band has 18 months to raise funds to pay for its trip to New York.
