KSBR HD-2 is proud to release our first podcasts series, The Insiders: Living in Social Isolation. The new podcast explores the socially distanced lives of the south Orange County community.

Heather Wieshlow and Evelyn Cui interview Jim McAleer and Aaron Gutierrez from Alzheimer’s Orange County to discuss the challenges seniors and their families are facing during COVID-19, as well as resources and tips.

Saddleback College radio students are producing and hosting live programming on 88.5 HD2 and OC Rock Radio this semester.

Every spring the students in JRN 108 profile a person through audio storytelling. We’re excited to share a selection of these stories here on the OCR site and as part of our on-air programming in May.

These stories include the perspective of a middle school teacher during COVID, the little known role of Wilmer McLean during the Civil War, and a story of recovering from substance abuse as young person.
