Los Angeles cop pleads not guilty in corpse fondling case

A Los Angeles police officer has pleaded not guilty to allegations that he fondled a dead woman's breasts. The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office says 27-year-old David Rojas is charged with having sexual contact with human remains without authority. He’s out on $20,000 bail. Rojas entered his plea in Los Angeles Superior Court and faces up to three years in state prison if convicted. The police union has said it won’t pay for his legal bills.
